How do I log into Resolution’s online conference platform?
Resolution is running this year's National Conference is running online and in-person for the first time. Once you have bought your ticket, you'll be given access to the online platform where you can view the programme and book on the conference sessions.
1. Use this URL to access the online platform:
https://app.swapcard.com/event/national-conference-2022
If you have already attended one of Resolution’s previous online conferences, you may already have a login. You can click on “forgotten password” to reset your login.
2. If you are logging in for the first time or have a new email address, click the green ‘Log in’ button at the top right of the page or click on “Join the event”
3. Enter your email address you used to register for the conference
4. You’ll receive an email with your magic login link.
5. Click on the link in the email to set your password.
6. Set your password
7. You can now browse the conference programme
8. You can register for the sessions you wish to attend by clicking on the calendar icon, which appears next to each session in the programme. Please note: some sessions have limited capacity, so you’ll need to register to ensure your place on your preferred sessions.
When you select sessions, they will appear in your personalised schedule.
