The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) has written to Resolution to inform members of the expectation that services will begin to be restored from early September onwards, following the Legal Aid Agency data breach earlier this year.

Resolution has issued the below statement, in response to the Supreme Court's judgment on transgender rights announced in May 2025. 

It was with great sadness that Resolution learned of the death of Tim Dutton CBE KC on 5 June 2025.
