Resolution has published an anti-racist statement outlining how we will tackle racial discrimination and encourage diversity throughout the entire organisation.
Resolution is committed to embracing and adopting an anti-racism approach so that we are a truly anti-racist organisation. Resolution recognises the role that all organisations can play in challenging racism and ensuring there is anti-racist practice.
Mitali Zakaria, from the Resolution Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, helped to draft the statement. Commenting on its publication, she said:
“I’m very pleased that Resolution has demonstrated its commitment to being an anti-racist organisation and outlined how it will work with others to tackle discrimination within the wider family justice system.
“This an important and necessary step towards ensuring that Resolution is dedicated to diversity and will not tolerate racist practice.”
