This FREE webinar focuses on the recent changes to the Family Procedure Rules, which emphasize resolving cases outside of court whenever possible. Hosted by Resolution, this free webinar is open to both members and non-members. The session will be chaired by Elaine Richardson, with contributions from experts like Graeme Fraser, District Judge Dewinder Birk, Donna Goodsell, and Shabana Jaffar.
