Family Arbitration

Back to publications

An introduction to Family Arbitration. Arbitration is a form of dispute resolution where, if you and your partner agree, a qualified professional is appointed as an arbitrator and adjudicates your separation, similar to the way a judge would, and makes a binding decision known as an award. This leaflet explains the process.

You can download a pdf of the flyer on the left hand side of the screen or order up to 20 hard copies below. There is a £5 charge for postage.
