Call for workshop proposals: The Future of Family Practice Conference 2020

The Future of Family Practice Conference - Twenty Twenty Vision - will be held online from 14th to 16th October 2020. The conference incorporates the annual Dispute Resolution Conference. We are now calling for workshop proposals. If you would like to present a workshop at this special conference, please fill in the form below.

Background

Due to the extraordinary current circumstances, we will not run the annual DR Conference in the usual way. This year we will run an online conference and put innovation and the development of all family dispute resolution skills front and centre. The conference will give attendees a unique opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and be inspired.

The conference provides an excellent opportunity for all practitioners, including YRes members, to experience and develop their skills in dispute resolution practice. This conference will invite contributions from around the world to see how others resolve family disputes.

Submit your workshop proposal

We would welcome proposals from all across the Resolution community. If you are new to presenting online, we will make sure you have the support you need to plan the online delivery of your workshop.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of your proposal prior to submitting, please contact us.

When submitting your workshop, please consider:

  • Workshops are 60 minutes. If you think your workshop will need more time, an option may be to deliver it in two parts
  • Whether you would be willing to deliver it more than once during the conference.
  • Whether you would prefer to cap the number of delegates that can attend your workshop. If you do, we will do what we can to ensure this. However, we may request flexibility on this.

The extended deadline for workshop submissions is Monday 27th July 2020
