Reserve Assessors work with the Assessor to mark portfolio applications, particularly when the Assessor needs extra support or a second assessment. You will also work with the assessor, if needed, to set the case studies and questions for each round of accreditation.
The role is an excellent opportunity to get involved in Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme, helps you keep your knowledge and understanding up to date and contributes to your professional development. Assessors are paid £45 per application marked. We provide support, guidance, a marking scheme, and an annual day for Assessors to come together, improve the scheme, learn, develop and network.
You will need to bring your expertise, enthusiasm and a commitment to Resolution’s Code of Practice to the role. In addition, it’s important to be able to work to set deadlines and have a passion for practice standards. Experience as an assessor in another setting is desirable but not essential.
