I advise clients on all aspects of Family Law.  I regularly advise clients on the breadth of financial remedies which might be available to them in the context of the separation and divorce process, alongside providing legal and practical advice in relation to the effect that their separation and/or divorce might have on their family life and children.

I also advise in relation to pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.  I also have specific experience in liaising with other professionals where mental capacity is an issue in ongoing proceedings, and the potential involvement of the Court of Protection where necessary.
