I set up Kay & Pascoe with my husband in 2011.  We are a niche family law practice who strive to keep clients out of court.  We offer Mediation, Collaborative Law and Resolution Together.  We also offer an initial appointment for £100 plus VAT in order to discuss your issues and decide on the best way of resolving your family breakdown.  If there are children involved, they will be placed front and centre of our discussions.
