Our Mediation Foundation training is the first step to becoming a family mediator, Resolution trained mediators offer the highest quality standard of family mediation practice. The training consists of a three-day module, a two-day module and a final three-day module of physically and remotely attended training.

Members who wish to practice using the Resolution Together way of working must complete four unique training modules before they offer this service to clients. One of those modules, Resolution Together Principles and Procedure, is now open for booking. This module provides a base knowledge in respect of how the principles and standards operate, how the service fits within current regulation and an outline of procedure/s and use of e.g. Retainer and Agreement, etc.

This course is designed to explore key themes and practical implications of EDEI in various contexts. Partnering with the Diversity Trust, this course offers a comprehensive overview of equalities law, duties, and responsibilities. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions, self-reflection, and case studies, covering topics such as: Equalities legislation, understanding and addressing biases, cultural competence and diversity intelligence, Addressing microaggressions, discrimination, and oppression.
Resolution has re-developed its Collaborative Foundation training opening it up to lawyers, financial and therapeutic professionals. To support this, the programme is led by trainers from a mix of professions to promote the ethos of the ‘collaborative team’ and using the interdisciplinary model from the start of your practice.
Every three years Accredited Specialists must reaccredit to maintain their accredited status.
