AGM
Our AGM is held during our National Conference each year. Members can get involved in the business of the AGM by voting for National Committee members, proposing resolutions, attending in person, or voting on resolutions by proxy.
Resolution’s Annual General Meeting 2026
The 2026 AGM will be held on Thursday 21st May at the Hilton Brighton Metropole. All eligible members can attend, and if you can’t you can vote by proxy.
This year, there is a special resolution to vote on regarding proposed changes to our Articles of Association. You can read the full details of these changes here, where they are shown in tracked format.
