Juliet Harvey

I am a partner in the Family Team at Birketts, based in their Ipswich Office.  I am committed to resolving family disputes as calmly, amicably and cost effectively as possible.  I work with other professionals, including family therapists and financial advisors to find the best solution for my clients and their families.  I am qualified to offer mediation,  collaborative practice and can act for couples under a One Couple, One Lawyer basis (I have trained in the Resolution Together Model).

I use skills taken from my mediation and collaborative training and combine those with my legal knowledge to create bespoke solutions for clients, assisting them to move forward and plan for a new future.
