It is essential that family practitioners are able to recognise the signs of domestic abuse in the clients they are working with - both within adult relationships and towards children and young people.

Members of Resolution need to complete the Code in Practice course during their first year of membership. By doing this course, we believe that you will be a more effective professional, whether you are a family lawyer or another professional involved in the family justice system.

NCDR is a new way of working with couples jointly through separation or divorce. This course is designed to deliver 10 hours of learning and development for members in order to consider how to work effectively as a Family Professional, working with one or both clients.
