Parenting Co-ordination
Parenting coordination is focused on supporting separating or separated families to recognise the best interests of children.
The Parenting Coordinator (or ‘PC’) will work with you and your ex to help reach consensus where possible or to make decisions for you when you disagree about the court’s order regarding child arrangements or a parenting plan. They’ll listen to and support you both to understand your childrens’ needs, to minimise the levels of conflict which your children are exposed to and to help you remain effective co-parents now that you’re separated.
