What if you’re not eligible for legal aid?
Resolution members will still be able to advise you of the options available. Many practitioners and firms offer fixed-fee or pay-as-you-go packages to help you limit the cost of the process. Even if you decide not to use a lawyer, an initial conversation with a Resolution lawyer can help signpost you to suitable help, advice or alternative support services.
