Nadia Beckett is a solicitor practicing family law in Kent and London for over 30 years. She has been a qualified mediator since 1997. In 2013 Nadia qualified as an arbitrator under the IFLA (The Institute of Family Law Arbitrators) Financial Scheme and in 2016 as an arbitrator under the Children Scheme. Nadia is an advocate and regularly appears in the Family Court at all levels. Nadia specialises in all areas of private family law and has extensive experience in arbitrating financial and child disputes.
Nadia chairs the Forum of Family Law Arbitrators and co-chairs the IFLA Executive Committee. She has been actively involved in writing and amending the rules of the IFLA Arbitration Scheme, the President’s Guidance on Arbitration and the Arbitration Guide for Mediators.
Nadia established Beckett Solicitors in August 2008. Beckett Solicitors has offices throughout Kent and in South London. Nadia is a member of the Law Society, Resolution, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
