Alison helps individuals, couples and families sort out family law issues in a calm, professional, and sensitive way, using whichever process will work best for the individual or family (mediation, the collaborative process, solicitor negotiation, arbitration or court), and makes sure that the needs of any children involved are centre stage. She was instrumental in setting up the firm’s “separate well with one lawyer” service, akin to Resolution Together, in September 2022.
