Tasha Bevan-Stewart is a partner in Family Law at Blandy & Blandy Solicitors, a top tier (Chambers UK and The Legal 500) firm.  She has practised exclusively in family law since her qualification, also training as a mediator and collaborative practitioner, and co-chairs Resolution’s Collaborative Practice Working Party.

She currently co-presents the collaborative foundation training course for Resolution together with other lawyers and financial advisers and family consultants. She reviews collaborative content for Practical Law and co-authored the collaborative practice section in Resolution’s 2020 Family Law Handbook. She speaks and trains at events on out of court dispute resolution; and has written several articles on collaborative practice.

Tasha views collaborative cases as a “win-win” for all parties involved, keeping costs down and focusing on constructive outcomes.

Tasha is also a Resolution-trained mediator who can assist couples to resolve both child-related and financial issues in mediation.  She is also trained to offer single lawyer advice to a couple under the Resolution Together model.
