Talking Family Law 2024

Resolution was proud and delighted that Talking Family Law won the “Family Law Commentator of the Year” award at the 2024 Family Law Awards.

Commended for its in-depth conversations with experts on family law topics, Talking Family Law had more than 14,400 listeners in 2024, as each episode took a deep-dive into different areas of family law.

During the year the calibre of the guests has been exceptional, including an interview with Professor Jane Monckton-Smith, HHJ Reardon and Mr Justice Mostyn.

Each episode released in 2024 surpassed an average of 1,000 listeners, and episodes covered a diverse range of topics such as; domestic abuse in financial remedy, hair testing in the family courts, coercive control and the Fair Shares Report.
