In addition to our National Conference and Resolution Awards, our other flagship national events continued to grow in 2024, with positive feedback coming from the Future Practice Conference, Financial Planning on Separation Conference and our Modern Families Forum.
We were delighted, again, to see the appetite for Resolution Together, our new way of working with couples jointly through separation or divorce. Some 224 members were trained across the four key modules needed to complete in order to offer Resolution Together to clients.
Several new courses were launched in 2024, including; EDI course partnered up with Diversity Trust, An Overview of Family Finance and Pensions on Divorce and Negotiation Skills for Reaching Agreements Out of Court.
We were also pleased to relaunch our Collaborative Training which, in a first for Resolution, we took on the road and hosted in Birmingham, to ensure our training is becoming more accessible for all of our members, no matter where they are located in the country.
In 2025, we promise to deliver more innovative training approaches to our members. Last year, through our membership survey, you asked for more accessible training opportunities. And we are excited to deliver, our informative series of Bitesize Lunch & Learn Sessions.
You also asked for more focused and practical events. And we are providing tailored conferences for Financial Advisers, and also putting on our very first DR Day, putting the need for non-court dispute resolution practice and collaboration front and centre.
Our suite of training , events and webinars is getting more and more comprehensive year-on-year and we are proud to continue to provide you with the best knowledge, practical advice and networking opportunities to build your professional development.
