Prior to her call to the Bar in 2006, Nicola was a Solicitor and Partner in private practice for 15 years. Throughout her career, she has specialised exclusively in Family Law.
Nicola has extensive experience of all aspects of private and publicly funded work, including care proceedings (remaining on the Children Panel until her transfer to the Bar in 2006). She is both a Civil and Commercial and Family Mediator. She undertakes hybrid mediations.
From 2006, her specialised practice has centred entirely on private financial remedy cases, high net worth clients, private law children matters, TOLATA and Family Law Act matters.
